This morning during my meditation I heard this instruction-inspiration: Offer a 21 Days LOVE Challenge ~ EVERYDAY YOGA ~ It startled me with JOY and my whole body said YES!
So….I texted my bestie Lisa Maria and asked: “Is it too crazy?” And her answer was: “I love it. It is so good for this troubled times with so much fear and stress.” So…I have to hear the Mother (twice) and follow her instructions…..

In these 21 days you will:
⭐️ Commit to LOVE and TAKE CARE of your BODY-companion with daily Hatha Yoga
⭐️ Challenge yourself to churn the LOVE inside your heart with daily Bhakti Yoga.
⭐️ Transform your mornings into a DEDICATED HEART-CENTERED SADHANA with the intention to bring more LOVE and LIGHT to yourself and onto others.
What will happen in this special 1 hour: These “express classes” will begin with prostrations and salutations. Will continue with Pranayama and Kriya; a sequence of original Asana Flow; and will culminate with Japa Mantra & Mudra Meditation. Getting you focused for your day! Join me on this effort and commitment to yourself (mind & heart) and to others (family & community).
